Outdoor Space (Pet Friendly) The property includes a fully fenced backyard for your enjoyment—ideal for sipping morning coffee, letting your dog out, or just getting some fresh air. Access is through the side gate from the exterior of the home, as there is no direct backyard entrance from inside the house. You have to walk a couple steps to get inside the fence. Pet-Friendly Dogs are welcome here! Please note there is a $30 per night per dog fee, billed separately after booking. The yard is perfect for your pup to explore. Guest access You can access the home any time after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion. NOTE - This unit is a side by side Duplex. Other things to note Pet-Friendly: We love pets! Bring your furry friends along—just note our pet fee of $30 per night, per dog. We’ll send a separate request after booking to make it easy.
