I don’t use Airbnb a lot, I’ve maybe stayed at 25 different places but hands down Jana was the best host I have ever had! She was so so responsive and went ABOVE and beyond in my opinion when we had a question or needed help with something. I was so impressed with her client in mind attitude with my stay and in general overall accommodating solutions were mind blowing. I wasn’t expecting to have such a perfect experience in an airBnB but I did this time. Thanks Jana!

I had an amazing stay! The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out so easy. The space felt safe, cozy, and welcoming perfect Everything I needed was provided, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was close to downtown Berea and as shown in the photos. It was clean, had nice towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. It was perfect for two people. The host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything go smoothly. The instructions were clear and simple, so check-in and check-out were stress free. The home was cozy, clean, and very homey it felt comfortable right away. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The house is well-equipped and very spacious. It was perfect for our needs. Also, this is the second time we've stayed at a house hosted by Jana, and all logistics and communication have been as smooth as can be.

"We had a wonderful stay at this nice basement apartment. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The host was attentive and responsive to our needs, and we found the place spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the backyard was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the WiFi connection was reliable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this basement apartment to others. 😊"

Very nice and cozy little home. It is perfect for a stay by yourself or with your S/O. Jana, the host was very proactive and responsive through my whole stay. Parking was a little tight in a full sized truck, however I wouldn’t let it detour you. If I’m back in the area I would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described in the listing—clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. It was well stocked and had everything we needed; nothing was missing. Our whole family enjoyed their stay and had a lot of fun in the game room. The space was very accommodating and made our time in Cleveland even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
